Conference room Binnenhofzaal
The Binnenhofzaal is a light and cheerful room with lots of glass making the room seem to link up seamlessly with the outside. The conference room is recently fully renovated and now has sunreflecting insulating windows, new noise-absorbing ceiling with atmospheric lighting. You look out onto and via sliding doors, reach an enclosed green garden (called Grote Binnentuin) measuring 21 x 21m which has flower beds and birch trees providing shade. This garden includes a lawn with several separate seating options and is available for the users of this room only. A beautiful bouquet of flowers in this room is part of our standard service.
The atmosphere in this room is partly determined by the abundancy of daylight, soft colours and the use of natural fabrics. If wanted the daylight can be tempered by darkening curtains.
We equip Binnenhofzaal according to your wishes. On request we have one or more flip-over boards or a beamer / large projection screen ready for you in the room. As part of our standard service, coffee, tea, water, cookies and if requested fruit, is served in the room. Furthermore, the close by WIFI-corner has a coffee machine with fresh coffee beans and a variety of coffee specials. And of course there is a large variety of teas too.
If requested, we set a table for you in the room so you will be able to have one or several meals in all privacy there.
For larger events we can open the panel doors and have this room connect directly into the WIFI-corner. This is frequently done at receptions for example.
